My Nano Reef Aquarium

PropagationProdigy asked:

This is my 24g aquapod reef system. It is one of my favorite hobbies. I take great pride in this tank, because it shows the hard work I put into it. Enjoy the video and feel free to comment on your opinions. Thank you … anemone aquapod aquarium bubble fragging halide metal nano rbta reef rose saltwater softcoral tip xenia zoanthid

Thank you alot for the comment!

This tank has been set-up for about 7 months now. I’ve been into reef aquarium systems for about 6 years. It’s an amazing hobby, and the rewards are great too. Such as watching your coral-growth, and the coral reproduction. I propagate everything I have in here. I have about 3 times the amount that I bought from doing so :)

    Greetings from UK!
How long has your tank been established?
Looks fantastic, the eel is really cool.

I’ve Just returned from a marine specialist centre (I only found today, actually only about 3 miles from my home)
    I’ve been thinking/reading about a marine set-up for about a year now.
    Thanks for the inspiration.

Yes, pretty much. A ‘reef’ aquarium is a saltwater aquarium with corals and liverock. So it’s a ‘mini-reef’ :)

Hi, The Eel is called a ‘Ghost Ribbon Eel’ They are EXTREMLY reef safe and have an awesome personality. He comes out of the rocks and to the glass whenever I Put his feeding stick in. Reguardless is food is on it or not. Couldn’t ask for a better eel.
